Pro 3 Years (₹14,999) and Pro Lifetime (₹19,999) include everything in Pro for longer, with priority support, data migration and training.

Pro Lifetime is valid for 5 years and includes all updates for those 5 years, along with priority support, onboarding, data migration, staff training and licence transfer support.

There is no self-serve download: Plyox is licensed and activated during setup, so we install it with you rather than leaving you with an unactivated copy.

Yes, on the Pro plans — Plyox for iOS and Android. The Shop plan is desktop only. Bills and ledger statements can be shared to any phone over WhatsApp on every plan.

Only to activate the licence during setup, and briefly from time to time afterwards. Day to day, billing, ledgers, stock and reports run offline — the software works for 14 days at a stretch without any connection, plus a further 7-day grace period. Even beyond that it opens in read-only mode so you can always view, export and back up your books.

On your own devices. The desktop keeps your books in a file on your PC, saved on every change with a rotating backup. Backups to Google Drive are optional and encrypted with AES-256 before upload, so Google only ever sees ciphertext.
